Roam is a conscious living retreat built with love and intention. We are here to create connection. We strive to do so through high quality retreats, yoga classes, mindfulness, workshops, trainings, & ceremony.
We are an intimate 4 acres nestled into the lush terrain of Isla Solarte’s jungle canopy. Isla Solarte, a part of the Bocas del Toro Archipelago, is 8km of pristine jungle in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, only a 5 minute boat ride from town.
About our space
We cant wait to host you here at Roam. Each space is unique and redesigned with the conscious traveler in mind. All of our rooms include gorgeous jungle or sea views, pillow top mattresses, private porches, access to snorkel equipment, and FREE breakfast included each morning, served over the water in our eatery, Juntos. Each space has access to a private or semi-private kitchen, should you wish to store beverages or cook a meal during your stay. We strive to make every guest feel “en casa” comfortable, cared for, and at ease. Take time to lounge in a hammock, enjoy the breeze over the water, hike in the jungle, or snorkel in our front yard. We hope you will take advantage of our weekly yoga classes in our brand new state-of-the-art yoga studio. Guests also receive special discounts on private sessions. Check in and dive deep into self exploration at its finest, the jungle, the sea, and the sound of OM.

Each of our houses is named after intentional action en español so that while staying with us you might already have intention and action built in.

We slept to the sounds of the jungle and woke up the sunrise from our beautiful screened in porch and Meghan provides the most beautiful and tasty breakfast. We were even lucky enough so see a sloth up close and personal, which was definitely a highlight of our trip.

"What a paradise! We found ourself in the middle of humming birds, a sloth (you have to be lucky) and beautiful flowers. The breakfast was amazing. This is a bit of paradise. Meghan and Ryan are tremendous hosts. The cabin is very comfortable. The property is beautiful.
Right out in front, there is a coral area for snorkeling. We stayed at a few places in the area during this initial trip, and this was the most relaxing. We should have booked a couple of more days.
